      How to create Multiline tabs in my console?

      The multiline app can be a useful tool when operators require quick access to several different lines from a single user interface.


      Step 1       - Start with the base URL and replace 'customername' with your organisations name
      https://customername.ofsxpress.com/apps/multiline/?


      Step 2       - Followed by the Line Name and Line ID in this format -

      (first Line Name)=/(firstLineID)/console/&(second Line Name)=/(secondLineID)/console/

      Note: When inputting the Line Name in the URL, ensure there are spaces as displayed in the Line name. I.e. Line 1A Filler.

      Google Chrome will fill these spaces automatically with %20


      Step 3       - Combine the base URL and the multiline URL

      Example: https://demo.ofsxpress.com/apps/multiline/?Line 1A Filler=/OFS001/console/&Line 2A Filler=/OFS002/console/
