If you have added a new reason to your downtime list or a new operator in Fusion Manager, ensure you have assigned these to the appropriate lines to activate them on the console.
When new reasons and operators are added in Fusion Manager, OFS has the flexibility to assign these to specific production lines. This is particularly relevant, if you have multiple production lines. Due to this flexibility, OFS does not automatically assign new reasons and operators onto the line in order to prevent incorrect allocation. The steps outlined below will detail how to ensure new reasons and operators are activated on relevant lines.
Assigning New Operators
Step 1 - Once new operators have been created, click on the 'Operators Assignment' tab.
NOTE: Any operator(s) not assigned to a line, will contain an 'X' in its column.
Step 2 - Identify the newly added operators and tick the check-box next to their name.
Step 3 - If you want to assign the operator to all lines, click on the tick in the top left corner. Alternatively, you can assign the operator to specific lines by clicking on the tick under the relevant lines.
Step 4 - Once you have assigned the new operator to selected lines, click on 'Save' to confirm your changes.
