Why can't I see any downtime reasons when I'm running slow?

Check the Reason List within Fusion Manager if you are unable to add reasons against Run Slow events on the console.

While reasons typically appear on the console when the line is in an unplanned stop, you may need to configure your reasons in order to add them against run slow events.

Creating a select list of Run Slow reasons

If you only want a small list of reasons to appear for Run Slow events (and not the whole reason tree) see instructions below.

STEP 1 - Expand on the desired reason you would like to add for a Run Slow event.
