      Run slow span group added to CSV reason import

      Run Slow Span Group now automatically gets assigned to all new reasons imported into OFS when using CSV imports

      By default, when reasons are bulk imported to OFS Fusion-Manager from a CSV document, if a spanGroup is not included, the software applies a default spanGroup of downtime,setupDowntime. In OFS v11.5, this default spanGroup set was updated to include runSlow.

      The default for newly imported reasons where a spanGroup is not specified is now downtime,setupDowntime,runSlow.
