If you've created a report with filters, it sometimes does not carry over when sharing the URL link. This article explains why this occurs.
Report links will not save the filter if the selected filter option does not exist as a column in the report.
Take this example:
In a report, you will have SKU in the column and SKU in the Grouping buttons.
If you filter the SKU e.g. no salted caramel, and then click the grouping button 'SKU', this removes the column 'SKU. Thus, OFS does not maintain this in the link as it no longer exists in the column within the report.
The solution is to create a report and apply the filter with no groupings selected. Then create a unique link. Users can click the grouping buttons to sort the report when they access the link.
