How to turn off Setup in OFS

Setup happens when a new job is logged on the OFS console. This covers turning it off for specific products, so OFS records a downtime instead.

Turning off Setup manually

Step 1 — Open the product list

In the Products tab in Fusion Manager, select the product list, then click the pencil icon.

Step 2 — Enable the setupType field

Scroll to setupType and toggle it on, so it becomes available as a column on the Products grid.

Step 3 — Set the value for each product

For each product you want to skip Setup, enter noSetup in its setupType column. Any other value has no effect — the line will only start in running or downtime for a product set exactly to noSetup.

Turning off Setup in bulk using Import & Export

Step 1 — Export your product list

Click the Import & Export icon in the top right, then Export to download your current list as a CSV file.

Step 3 — Import the file

In Fusion Manager, click Choose File, select your edited file, then click Import.

Step 4 — Save your changes

Click Save to commit the import.

Next time one of these products runs, it won't enter a Setup state.
