How to set the hours a participant receives alerts
The Schedule tab on an alert participant controls the hours and days they're notified. Use it to make sure people only get alerts during their working hours — for example, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Step 1 — Open the alert
In Fusion Manager, go to Services and open the service whose hours you want to set.

Step 2 — Open the Schedule tab and
Set the days and hours
With the participant selected, open the Schedule tab.
By default, a participant is alerted 24/7. The Schedule tab lets you narrow that down to specific days and hours.
Step 3 —
If shifts run across midnight, create a separate participant service and schedule — one ending at 23:59 and one starting at 00:00 the following day.
Tick the days the participant should receive alerts, then enter the start and end time for each day.
For a standard weekday schedule, set:
- Monday – Friday:
09:00to17:00 - Saturday – Sunday: unticked

Step 5 — Save
Click Update to apply the schedule. The participant will now only receive alerts that fire inside the window you set.
