# How to save reports in OFS Analytics?
## Saving a report lets you come back to the same view without rebuilding it from scratch, and gives you a few ways to share or export it.
#### **Step 1 — Build your report**
#### Add the columns you need and adjust the grouping buttons until the report shows what you want.
#### **Step 2 — Open the Share menu**
Click **Share** in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
#### **Step 3 — Choose how you want to save it**
**Share** offers four options:
- **Create a link to this page** — generates a direct URL to this exact report
- **Export to CSV (Excel)** — downloads the report as an Excel file
- **View PDF (Print View)** — opens a print-friendly version of the report in your browser
- **Export to PDF** — downloads the report as a PDF file
**Create a link to this page** opens a dialog with the direct URL. Click **Open in New Window**, then bookmark the report in your browser for quicker access next time.
A shared link carries your current date range and line selection. If either was set to a relative option (like "last 7 days") rather than a fixed date, the report will re-evaluate against today's date each time the link is opened, not the date it was created.
