How to save reports in OFS Analytics?

Saving a report lets you come back to the same view without rebuilding it from scratch, and gives you a few ways to share or export it.

Step 1 — Build your report

Add the columns you need and adjust the grouping buttons until the report shows what you want.

Step 2 — Open the Share menu

Click Share in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3 — Choose how you want to save it

Share offers four options:

  • Create a link to this page — generates a direct URL to this exact report
  • Export to CSV (Excel) — downloads the report as an Excel file
  • View PDF (Print View) — opens a print-friendly version of the report in your browser
  • Export to PDF — downloads the report as a PDF file

Create a link to this page opens a dialog with the direct URL. Click Open in New Window, then bookmark the report in your browser for quicker access next time.

A shared link carries your current date range and line selection. If either was set to a relative option (like "last 7 days") rather than a fixed date, the report will re-evaluate against today's date each time the link is opened, not the date it was created.
