How to allocate downtime while in a Setup?

Setups don't always go according to plan and occasionally you may encounter unplanned downtime before a job has started running.

Step 1 - If you are experiencing downtime while in a Setup, click on the Downtime button on the console 

Step 2 - Allocate Downtime

Step 3 - If you have resolved the downtime and want to resume normal Setup, click on 'Setup' to continue. OFS will transition into running automatically once counts are detected and the threshold is reached.
