How to update a user's password?

In this article we will cover how you can go about updating user passwords when either forgotten or require updating.

Logging Into Fusion Manager

In your welcome emails you should have received a web page link for the OFS Menu, and an individual user login.

The link should look like the below:

  • https://yourcompanyname.ofsxpress.com

Once on the main menu, please press the Fusion Manager button. Alternatively you can go directly to Fusion Manager using the following link:

  •  https://yourcompanyname.ofsxpress.com/manager/

Only users with Administrator accounts will be able to update user passwords. If you do not have access to Fusion Manager, please reach out to an internal OFS Administrator who will be able to update your password for you.

The Fusion Manager login prompt should look something like this.

Once you have entered the details that you have been provided with, you should now see a page similar to the one below.

 


User Management

To get to the user management page, click on the Users & Operators button on the left-hand side of the screen.

Select the user that you want to update the password for, and click the button on the far right side to edit that record.

From there, you can simply press the Change Password button, enter the new password into the password field and click “update”.
