Additional translation support now brings the benefits of OFS to non-English speaking users
Due to an expanding customer base spanning multiple continents and numerous countries, the need to offer OFS in multiple languages has become more important than ever.
This update adds translation support to the Events Chart and Go interfaces, as well as official French and Spanish translations to the OFSX Console.
Translation support means that a user interface has the capacity to be viewed in a language other than English. An "official translation" is a set of translations for a desired language that need to be added in order for a user interface to be viewed in that language.
Events Chart and Go
Translation support for the Events Chart and Go means that we now have the capacity to add translations for desired languages to these interfaces.
Note that adding translations currently needs to be done by us on a per customer basis. Please contact our operations team if you have specific language requirements.
OFSX Console
The OFSX Console is now officially available to be viewed in Spanish or French. Once a user has been configured in Fusion Manager with the requisite language, they will be able to view the console in that language.
To configure a user's language, first add the language to the organisation via the language menu in Fusion Manager.
Any French or Spanish region can be selected.
Then edit the user via the Users and Operators menu in Fusion Manager to configure them to use the chosen language.
