Learn more about the April 2025 changes to OFS Daily Reports
From within OFS Analytics, it has been possible to be sent a daily loss time report since November 2024. In April 2025, a new look for the daily loss report was introduced, which brought with it some significant upgrades and improvements:
- New Weekly Report format to reflect on the past 7-day performance.
- Clearer Analysis of Cost with Over- and Under- target performance highlighted.
- 3 new expressions of trending metrics within the report.
- New Warnings to share indicators of poor quality information with you.
7 Day OEE Trend
Every report now opens with a snapshot view of your last 7 days OEEs performance, with highest and lowest values called out.
Time Loss Chart - Overhaul
The time loss chart has had a huge glow up, with new trending of the last 4 weeks' data, display of your performance against yesterday's prediction, and much more:
- 🔥 Highly Requested: The cost of lost time ($/hr) can now be set at LINE level instead of using a single value per report.
- On Monday, a weekly report is sent, which reviews your previous week and shares our projection for next week.
Waking up to your Daily Report
The report itself has had a clean and welcome freshen up in your inbox too - it is now delivered with a headline insight right in your notifications:
