Analytics Help Menu

The Help Menu in Analytics has been extended to give our users better access to support resources

In order to give our Analytics users more immediate access to helpful resources, we have extended the help menu (available via the "Help" button in the top right corner of the Analytics user interface).

This now includes:

• Show Report Definitions - Shows a list of definitions of various terminology used  in OFS Analytics.
• Browse OFS Resources (Customer Portal) - Links to our online library of OFS documentation and training resources.
• Need Help? Contact OFS Support - For users seeking direct assistance from the OFS operations team.
