Accessing OFS on iPads using iOS 15+

There are some known compatibility issues with OFS from Apple devices running iOS 15 or later. These issues are caused by an experimental setting which was enabled by default after the iOS 15 software update.

Solution
To disable the experimental setting and resolve these compatibility issues, please follow the steps below.

  1. Open the “Settings” app on the device
  2. Scroll down and tap on “Safari”
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap on “Advanced”
  4. Tap on “Experimental Features” at the bottom
  5. Scroll down until you see “NSURLSession WebSocket”
  6. Disable the “NSURLSession WebSocket” feature
  7. Re-open Safari and attempt to log into OFS again.
Once the “NSURLSession WebSocket” feature has been disabled, all OFS pages should load and operate correctly.

See here for a short clip showing the change.
