How to fix OFS display issues on iPads running iOS 15+

Some iPads on iOS 15 or later have trouble loading OFS correctly, caused by an experimental Safari setting turned on by default in that update — this article shows how to turn it off.

Solution
To disable the experimental setting and resolve these compatibility issues, please follow the steps below.

  1. Open the “Settings” app on the device
  2. Scroll down and tap on “Safari”
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap on “Advanced”
  4. Tap on “Experimental Features” at the bottom
  5. Scroll down until you see “NSURLSession WebSocket”
  6. Disable the “NSURLSession WebSocket” feature
  7. Re-open Safari and attempt to log into OFS again.
Once the “NSURLSession WebSocket” feature has been disabled, all OFS pages should load and operate correctly.
