Allocating Downtime in OFS

This video covers naming downtimes in OFS and will go through how to allocate downtime reasons both in real time and retrospectively.

 

 

Allocate a reason during:

Note - The reason categories for each of these machine states can be changed in Fusion Manager. 

Unplanned downtime

Step 1 - The selection box will appear once the line goes into downtime

Step 2 - Select the Category

Step 3 - Select the Reason

Step 4 - Click Set Reason

 

Setup

Step 1 - Click Downtime

Step 2 - Select the Category

Step 3 - Select the Reason

Step 4 - Click Set Reason


 

Run Slow

Step 1 - The selection box will appear once the line goes into Run Slow

Step 2 - Select the Category

Step 3 - Select the Reason

Step 4 - Click Set Reason

 

Enter a comment

  • Commentary provides operators the platform to be heard and contribute to the overall manufacturing operations by providing beneficial and valuable feedback.
    E.g. Fallen bottles before the filler. 

  • Comments can be made at any time.

 

 

Entering Downtime after the event has occured 

Step 1 - Click ‘View Unallocated Events’.

Step 2 - Select the event you’d like to allocate a reason to.

Step 3 - Click ‘Add Reason’.


Step 4 - Select the Category.

Step 5 - Select the Reason.

Step 6 - Click ‘Set Reason’.
