How to manually finalise counts on the Console

OFS can simultaneously count two jobs - one being made, while another is being packed. This is useful for factory processes that have a long lag time, like baking bread, firing pottery, or production where the product needs to be frozen. With the OFS manual finalisation, operators at the "back-end" of these processes can easily finalise the OUT counts when the product is completed.
