How to change an operator name or crew that was logged incorrectly?

If a user has selected the wrong operator name or crew, you can update this using the Edits Tool.

Step 1 - Navigate to the Events Chart in Analytics or the Console Events button.

Step 2 - Click the Edits Tool in the top right corner.

Note: You must have 'Analytics User with Editor' or 'Administrator' level access.

Step 3 - Click on the shift span and click 'Update

Step 4 - Click the pencil icon for the Operator name or Crew

Step 5 - Make the desired changes and then Click 'OK'

Step 6 - Click the Edits Tool pencil icon to exit the tool.
