# Can you export OEE and AVA variants in an API export?
## Explains why OEE and AVA variants can't be exported directly and how to recalculate them externally instead.
OFS Analytics has several variants of OEE and AVA — **AVAc**, **AVAs**, and **AVAp**. These are calculated directly within Analytics, so they can't be exported as-is through the API.
The only option is to recalculate them externally, using the underlying columns that make up each metric.

| **AVAp** | Production Availability (Run Time / Production Time) |
